Company history

I have lived in Greeley for over 27 years and have experience in construction,property management,retail business,Insurance inspections for insurance underwriters and investment properties.I have been performing professional home inspections independently since 2002. In 2008, I was awarded a scholarship by the Weld County Heath department to become the only certified Radon tester in the area.I still do roof inspections for insurace claims companies and site inspections for underwriters as an independant contractor. I have been inspecting numerous foreclosure properties in the past few years, and am quite familiar with the type of damages that often are associated with these type properties. I am also familiar with our expansive soils and other local traits.

National Association of Certified Home Inspectors,ESA,NRPP, National Enviromental Health Association and IAC2 Certified residential and commercial property inspections by Brian Persons.I surpass the competition, in not only price, but value as well.I perform inspections personally and provide detailed, impartial, accurate inspection reports that I publish on-line.I adhere to th NACHI standards of practice and continuing education practices and requirements.I also perform Radon testing for residential properties as well as schools and commercial buildings(currently testing for the United States Census Bureau),Mold Screening, Methamphetamine residue testing.
